We handed the project for documentation handling to deal with finance issues regarding vehicle deliveries and manufacturing processes to make smooth connection between customer and manufacturer from submitting documents to buying vehicle. Project was handled by ZAPTA where they designed a new web and Ai system which connects customers with us and take payments from them by removing a middle person and physical documents handling.
Project was delivered on time and within budget the overall process was smooth because of good communication and valuable work. It reduced our workforce and made the process faster and easier for us and the customers.
